How should I take Sun Wakasa Gold Plus?

Sun Wakasa Gold Plus vs. Sun Wakasa — what’s the difference?
Both provide chlorella-derived CGF, but their blends and taste differ. Gold Plus adds fructose and malic acid for a clean, lightly tart profile and provides about 2× the CGF per serving vs. Sun Wakasa. Sun Wakasa adds honey and plum extract for gentle sweetness. Choose by CGF content, taste preference, and budget.
Can children take it?
Use care with young children. Sun Wakasa contains honey, which is not appropriate for infants under 12 months. Sun Wakasa Gold Plus includes malic acid and a chili-pepper extract used as a preservative; effects in infants are not established. If giving any CGF product to a child, wait until at least 1 year, start with a small amount, observe, and consult your pediatrician if unsure.
What does it taste like and how can I mix it?
