Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM JST, excluding Japanese national holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

 

Shipping Origin and Methods

All orders are shipped internationally from Japan using EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL or equivalent international carriers. Sun Chlorella Corporation will determine the most appropriate shipping method to ensure timely delivery based on your location.

 

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated shipping times are typically 7–21 business days. Please note that delivery times are subject to potential delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control. Sun Chlorella Corporation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

 

International Shipping and Customs Duties

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly by the recipient.

 

UK Customers

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are subject to VAT and customs duties, which will be collected upon delivery.

 

Returns and Refused Shipments

Returns are accepted only for unexpired, sealed products within 60 days of shipment. We do not accept refused or returned shipments without prior approval. After validation, credit will be issued to the original form of payment or as otherwise determined by Sun Chlorella Corporation.

 

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website to check your order status and tracking information.
