This is a Japanese manufactured Siberian Ginseng Supplement containing 240 tablets with a recommended dose of 4 to 12 tablets per days with the instruction suggesting to start off at 4 and work up to 12. At 12 a day this will last 20 days.Siberian Ginseng acts as an adaptogen supporting mental well being and improved energy. of which I have noticed the latter more than the former after taking these and have noticed improved stamina during resistance training. I am currently taking a dose of 12 tablets a day and am able to swallow these without any issues with water as they are quite small.The are also third part tested for quality and certified gluten free. Although bought in August, these have a short best before date of April next year which isn't a problem as I will be finished with these well before then.The product is of good quality and is reasonably priced at £24.16 at time of order.
This is the first time Ifve taken Eleuthero, and am surprised how quickly it has had an effect on my energy levels; after a fortnight of use Ifm impressed?my energy level throughout the day seems to have evened out and Ifm not craving a nap in the afternoon .The suggested dose is 12 tablets a day, although you can work up to this amount from 4 a day, increasing the dose gradually: the tablets are quite small, so taking several at a time isnft onerous. 240 tablets come in a rather attractive frosted glass bottle, with a somewhat earthy smell, and no taste.
Ifve taken Eleutherococcus (Siberian Ginseng) before but gave up when I struggled to find an effective brand. Ifve been taking this Sun Ukogi product for only a week and already really impressed with it!I personally take it during periods of high training loads or extra stress and find for this itfs very effective.The tablets are very small and the label suggests to start at 4 tablets a day working up to twelve. I found 8 to be a sweet spot for me. They're easy to swallow and no real taste.Shelf life on my bottle was 9 months.

Love! A fan of their original Sun Chlorella supplement as I trust their attention to high-quality ingredients. Sun Ukogi is certified organic. Non-gmo project and they use Glass bottle-yay! all things I value.The bottle says 12 tablets is a serving. Because I’m new to taking & I’m rather petite, I tend to start with less than recommended & gauge the results. I’ve been taking 3 each morning & so far, I feel like I have greater focus & energy. As is many of their products, this is a made in Japan. One small disappointing note - it seems shipping wore on this one, as you can see sadly there is powder in the bottle. There are supposed to be 240 tablets, I’m not going to count, nor am I dumping the product to check it but it’s possible all 240 didn’t make it. I actually spoke with their customer support. They said this is new packaging, they appreciate the feedback and they may add cotton to the top to help protect the tablets in the future. As far the supplement though, so far I’m quite pleased and will likely add this to my daily regimen.
Excellent supplement that works. I would recommend starting small. The instructions suggest four tablets and I may even go as far as saying to start with two tablets and work up.There was a distinct effect on me. They are super easy to swallow with no effects on my stomach.

This seems like a good quality supplement and no magnesium stearate which is great. Unfortunately I realised after ordering Eleuthero contains some tannins, which I'm sensitive to. I'm sure it's great for most people, but if you're sensitive to tannins like me it might be worth testing very slowly.

You are taking quite a few of these tablets daily, but you have to bear in mind. The tablets are very small and I find them easy enough to swallow even if I am swallowing more than one at the same time providing I have a lot of water. They don't have particular taste or smell from them that's not strong. Considering you're getting 240 of them, I think they are pretty good value for money good quality ingredients with a decent dosage of 200 mg something I would consider ordering again in the future.

When this item arrived, the bottle was NOT sealed at all. The box was torn up and the lid came off with no sealant underneath. Then a second bottle arrived, the box was fine but open, no sealant under lid, no cotton inside to keep the pills from getting tossed around so there is a lot of powder. I only ordered one bottle, they may have sent 2 because they knew the first bottle was damaged. I took 12 (the dosage) and felt very Jittery. Other ingredient: acacia fiber gum.
To me, I think this is a great product. I love it! Goes along pretty well with some of the other supplements giving me great energy. Thank you so much!
