Return Policy

Sun Chlorella Corporation will only consider returns of unexpired and sealed products received within 60 days from the ship date. Sun Chlorella Corporation is not liable to accept any refused or unclaimed shipments.

Upon receipt of the return and validation of goods, Sun Chlorella Corporation will issue credit in the original form of payment. Otherwise, the form of credit will be determined by Sun Chlorella Corporation.

Kindly note, Sun Chlorella Corporation is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. The initial postage and handling fee is non-refundable.

Orders are shipped using DHL or Japan Post (EMS) depending on the destination. Customers cannot choose the carrier at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

DHL Shipments

Delivery Attempts: DHL will attempt delivery up to two times. If no one is available on the second attempt, the courier will leave a “Not Home” card. The parcel will then be held at the nearest DHL service point for around 5 days. If it is not collected within this period, it will automatically be returned to us.

EMS Shipments (Japan Post)

Delivery Attempts: EMS will attempt delivery once. If no one is at home, the parcel is held at the local post office.

Holding Period: Parcels are kept for up to 15 days (or up to 1 month if subject to customs duties). During this time, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned to us as unclaimed do not qualify for refunds or returns. Such shipments will not be considered eligible under our return policy. Original shipping costs (including those included in “free shipping”) are non-refundable.

Re-shipping

If you request your order to be resent after it has been returned to us, you will be required to cover the shipping cost before we can dispatch the order again.
